How to report scam profiles?

I was "followed" by -retracted- today, clearly a fake profile where the only thing on the profile is a link to a dodgy website (don't click it)

He (pretend she) also followed hundreds of other people today under the hopes that 1 or 2 of them aren't IT literate enough to know not to click the link, the most common type of scam really.

How do I report them? I went onto the profile and saw no options other than block, but that doesn't help anyone except me?

Thanks Robin

For the future: you can report them here: https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/205101500-How-do-I-report-abuse-

Once you've seen this, could you please delete your post? Publishing someone's name in the forums like that falls under harassment, and I don't want you to get in trouble.

Thanks!

Their bio is now edited.
How do you know they are following a lot of people?
I just need to understand the situation clearly so I know what course of action to take.

Thanks!

I've removed the name but I think it's pretty obvious when you go on there. I see who they tried to friend down bottom right. Want me to remove whole post or just name enough?

Let a forum moderator know: they can delete the account and/or prevent the scam artist from using Duolingo.
