mobile app

    I am trying to open the app on my mobile using the same DL username and password as on the computer. Will not let me in.????

    are you a hundred percent sure that your doing the same thing try using your email instead of your username

    Android App

    From the home page - click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen - log out.

    • click on "I already have an account" instead of "Get started"
    • then you see the "Sign in" screen
    • log in with the same username and password as in the web version (www.duolingo.com)

    iOS App

    In the IOS App it is more complicated.
    From the home page:

    • go to the clubs tab
    • touch "profile"
    • then touch "settings"
    • and then you can sign out

    • log in with the same username and password as in the web version (www.duolingo.com)
