Back to duo after several months.
I've forgotten a ton of things and my strength skills are down! How can I recover without losing my motivation because I'm kinda slowing down.
I did the exact same thing and you'll be surprised how fast you get back in the swing of things. I'd suggest joining a club. It prolly depends on the person but a lil competition goes along way for me. Staying on the active side of the leader board is motivating me to stick with it. I also follow ppl much further along than me. Bonne Chance!
