Back to duo after several months.
I've forgotten a ton of things and my strength skills are down! How can I recover without losing my motivation because I'm kinda slowing down.
Start strengthening the basics and slowly work up. Don't worry, you will get them back.
I have just come back after giving it a rest for several months. Have found it better since coming back, perhaps giving it a break for a while is good.
I agree, a break can be useful. I thought I had forgotten so much but, coming back after a few months, made me realise just how much I had remembered and how concepts that I always stumbled with (c'est v il est anyone?) just made total sense and came to me naturally.

I did the exact same thing and you'll be surprised how fast you get back in the swing of things. I'd suggest joining a club. It prolly depends on the person but a lil competition goes along way for me. Staying on the active side of the leader board is motivating me to stick with it. I also follow ppl much further along than me. Bonne Chance!
