"WRISTwatch"? Is that a common word? I've never seen it before. Is there any difference with just "watch"? (I'm not a native speaker of English)

Wristwatch is a fairly common English word. The word was even recognized as i swiped it. Wristwatches are less used in this age of cellphones.
