A question for a moderator / Lrtward: How do I send mail back to reply from any mail I received?

I had recently received some mail about Duo from Lrtward and wanted to reply but the Mail Delivery Service had said to me that Lrtward was getting too many e-mails so it wasn't sent. How can I send something which will be seen? BTW, the e-mail that I had received it from was something like this: noreply@duolingo.com or something. Is that why?

You cannot. It’s a one-way notification e-mail.

When a moderator mails you, it is usually about non-compliance with guidelines. All you need to do is follow their directives and comply with guidelines. Usually nothing needs to be discussed.

Someone might conceivably have a question.

I got an email that was not about compliance with the guidelines. However, I will not state the actual contents of the message.

You cannot reply to those emails. They are sent from a program, not from a mailbox.

That said, moderators have to follow the regular Duolingo guidelines plus a second set of moderator guidelines: https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/205079384-What-are-the-Moderator-Guidelines-

If you have a question or complaint about any of the moderators on Duolingo, please report the abuse: https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/205101500-How-do-I-report-abuse-

From my experience of mods contacting me, I don't think you can reply. Unfortunately, we don't have streams anymore, so discussing the topic of an email is not a possibility in the forums. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure that there is a way to reply to those emails. Though, if there is a way, I hope someone helps you! ^ ^
