Korean children's books?

Are there any Korean children's books I can read to work on my basic grammar? Also, are there any in Korean prose, with the Hangeul words on one line and the English words under them? It would be nice to have some books to read so that I can build up some form of immersion, because right now, I have no immersion.

You should use the beelinguapp! It has kids stories like the tortoise and the hare with Koreans audio and English translation.

I downloaded this app last night and I must say it is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

I have children's books but truly they are more difficult to study than adult literature.

they are not exactly children books but while your on Duolingo have your Korean courses up then go to labs there it has books hopefully for you in the books be ready because there is comprehension.

I do not see any Duolingo stories in Korean, I only see a podcast for Spanish, and the only events group within 200miles of me is a French group.

I don't know what level you are at, but there are numerous selections on Youtube with hangul subtitles.

Korean class101 has some free offerings with both English and Hangul subs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n9Khr-ut_0

There are also websites other than Youtube that provide stories-- https://m.blog.naver.com/camiashon/10055442121

If you want to read a fun book, try 돌아온 진돗개 백구 by Song Jae Chan 송재찬 1997

It is a wonderful (prize-winning) children's book (190 pages) "narrated" by a very special dog, drawn from an actual event of a dog returning hundreds of miles to its original home.
