I've finished my Greek tree!
Tack så mycket Speir_! I don't know why, my goal for the last 5 months was completing my Swedish Tree, but, every time I am going to do it, something appears, first, it was High Valyrian, then Romanian, Portuguese, Guarani, and now Greek. Now I will concentrate on just finishing the Swedish Tree. Thanks again for the encouragement, and lycka till !
Ahh, yeah. Greece is a very pretty place in general, and I'm a fanatic for Greek art and mythology. Maybe that's the next language I should do...
Also, my best friend's family on his father's side is Cypriot. He's visited his family before and went on and on about how great the food was and how nice it is there.
I have only seen your post now and I want to congratulate you, too. You are for sure my inspiration although I have only learned Irish so far, well I have completed the Irish tree but I think there is a lot more to learn. In January I will begin the Spanish tree and hopefully, I will enjoy it the same as the Irish one. Comhairgheas, a chara. ;-)
I started the Greek tree like 7 or 8 months ago, and it wasn't hard to adapt to the new alphabet, as many letters looked like the same in the Latin Alphabet, and also because I already knew the alphabet many years ago, but I didn't know how to pronounce the letters, and the diphthongs were also very hard to learn.
I've not tried that site yet, thanks for the link and good luck!
