If Duolingo has a customer support dept, I really want to know how to get in touch with them. Thanx.
In the past I have liked Duolingo very much in both their product and for their spirit. So when I saw I could join Duolingo Plus, I was interested. When I saw that I could give them $5 a month to both support them and get access to an even better way to go, I was ready to support. The information about it kept saying it would be X amount of dollars per month etc etc, I thought I understood. They would take those X dollars EACH AND EVERY MONTH. Nowhere did I see that the whole amount would be deducted at once. And I looked for it. I'm sorry but I cannot afford that deduction from my account right now. It will cause bank fees and charges and put me in debt. I need to talk to them ASAP. So if you can help, please do. Thanks.
