Mae gen i dylluan aur eto! (I have a golden owl again!)
After I got the new tree, many of my skills were incomplete again and there were a handful of new ones past the previous end.
It was fun working through them, practising some old words, learning some new ones, and feeling a bit of satisfaction when some of those "new" words were not new to me because I had come across them in my other exposure to Welsh!
Still, it's a great feeling to have completed the course (again).
Thanks again to the Welsh moderators + contributors for their work on the course and for their quick reactions to sentence discussions and suggested alternative translations!
Llongyfarchiadau! I'm still about 1/4 away from finishing my tree, but I've absolutely loved the course so far - definitely the best Welsh resource I've found. :)
What else are you using to learn Welsh aside from the course? If you haven't used them already, I'd recommend getting your hands on some of the books written for learners, such as the ones by Y Lolfa. They're usually about 50-100 pages long and written with simple grammatical structures, and most contain some sort of vocabulary list for more advanced words. I've flicked through a few of them and am working my way through one right now, it's been very useful - and fun!
Mostly watching Rownd a Rownd at the moment, to be honest :)
I bought quite a number of books but right now they're mostly gathering dust on my shelf… I have to get around to actually reading them.
Llongyfarchiadau mawr iawn!
Diolch am eich holl gyfraniadau gwerthfawr iawn i'r trafodaethau.
Well done! Thanks for all your very valuable contributions to the discussions.
