Discussions on some sentences are inaccessible

Hi, I've been experiencing this issue for some months now, and tried to search in this Troubleshooting section, but couldn't find anything : on some questions, I have a number of comments displayed next to the DISCUSS link, but when I click on it, I am taken to a page containing an empty discussion thread with a "No one has commented yet." message. This occurs for me on the Irish and German for English courses (not doing any other course now).

Am I the only one to have this problem? I don't see any errors in Firefox's console when this happens, and it isn't due to an ad-blocker either.

No, you're not alone. I experience this problem too. For me, it's an uncommon problem, but it still happens and it's happened in multiple languages. I use Chrome, so it's obviously not limited to your browser. I also don't use an ad blocker and I don't use any plugins I would expect to interfere with DuoLingo.

This looks so bad when there's an official moderator saying "It's a known problem." on a post dated 2 years old. And Luis Von Ahn was surprised to hear on an off-site discussion, that I perceive DuoLingo as bug-ridden and leaving bugs for months or years without fixing them.

You are not alone! I am learning Welsh and recently we gained the results of the development of a new version of our Tree. I thought the report problems had something to do with that, but it seems it is more general! I also would love proper report and discussion facilities in the iPad aapp!!
