Syncronize Windows desktop version and Android smartphone version.
I would like to be able to learn a language from my Android phone when I'm out of the house, and from my desktop computer (Windows 10) when I'm at home. I paid for the premium version when I was on my Android phone. I then logged in from my computer at my home office. The DuoLingo software knew who I was on the desktop version, and let me log in - but the two versions never stayed syncronized. It was like the desktop software never communicated with the Android version and vice versa. The desktop version didn't even know that I had paid for the premium version, and asked me at the computer to move u to the premium version. Does someone know how to syncronize the two versions, so a person can work from whtever device is convenient?
You say that Duolingo knew who I was on the desktop version and let you login, but it sounds like you have created a second account on the web site instead of using the original Android account. You can check if they are the same account if you check the username and the associated email address and if either differs from the other you have two separate accounts.
You made two Duolingo accounts
- https://www.duolingo.com/ChuckWerbe in the Android App
- https://www.duolingo.com/ChuckWerbe1 on your desktop computer (Windows 10)
I paid for the premium version when I was on my Android phone.

Use the same username and password for all your devices.
In the Android App and in Duolingo's webversion (www.duolingo.com) you have to:
- click on "I already have an account" instead of "Get started"
- then you see the "Sign in" screen
- log in with the same username and password as you did in the Android App.
