Thai for English speakers?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are plans for Duolingo to release Thai for English speakers? I've found it through other language-learning options but I would prefer to learn through Duolingo.

No one knows Duolingo's plans for new languages. See this for more info: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/18949556

I've made a few lessons for Thai, if you're interested: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/25699117

Thai is really hard to find good resources for in English so I would love to see a Thai course on here. For now Memrise and Wikipedia are basically my best options to learn Thai. If you want a bit of a fun challenge maybe you can try the English course for Thai speakers on here but I'd recommend learning how to read and write it first.

Yea i like to see Thai too its a interesting language i have been to Thailand in the past

Not sure if you've checked out Mondly Languages in your search, but it has a Thai for English speakers course:

One of the benefits is that Mondly lets you toggle between Thai and Latin script quite easily.

Great - thank you both so much! :)
