Why can't you access your bonus skills on mobile?

I've been taking the German course for little over a week now and I absolutely love it. I mainly use my phone but when I logged on with my computer I noticed there was more in the shop. Is there any particular reason that we can't learn our bonus skills on mobile? Oh and sorry if this question has already been asked.

I can access my two bonus skills in the German course, even on mobile.
Maybe they will discontinue every bonus skill when they introduce the skill levels...
