Translating: "... le Néerlandais Guillaume Ier des Pays-Bas."

"Guillaume" is the French equivalent of the Dutch name "Willem". It should not be left as "Guillaume"; either use the original Dutch name or the English equivalent "William". "Pays-Bas" (lit. "Low Lands") is the French term for Holland or the Netherlands. Again, this must be translated. In English, the King's title would be "William I of the Netherlands".
