Actually it's quite easy after writing it with correct stroke order. Believe me there are way harder kanjis, this one is still easy.

Oh boy, my high school Japanese teacher never mentioned that 才 and 歳 are interchangeable, yet the former is only used by children yet to master the more challenging to write 歳. I feel so disillusioned right now.
