Sound issues

Hi. Recently I have been having issues with the sound. I start to get some minor crackling noises and it then increases so much that I cannot hear a thing.. I try to use the “can’t listen now” option, which has worked in the past when I have had the same issue, but it never seems to work these days. Any suggestions?

I don't really know, but there may be something wrong with your speaker. It also may be something wrong with the app. Every time I speak into mine, it automatically posts as wrong.
