I've started the Hebrew tree a couple months ago, and I've found it hard to find the pronunciations of some Hebrew words, seeing as some don't have audio recordings, and nikkud is only used to differentiate between heteronyms. Are there any good sites or dictionaries that show Romanized Hebrew?

תודה רבה

There is a great memrise course with all the vocabulary from duoligo and great audio. It is good to do along with the duolingo course. It could help you get used to hebrew alphabet and phonetics.

try copy-pasting into forvo.com - I have found that solves most of my pronunciation problems...

As well as the resources you've already been recommended (the Memrise course was a godsend), I'd recommend checking out pealim.com.
