Cannot Verify Account
I just started today. I went to view discussions and there is a message that tells me that I must verify it.
Duolingo sent a verification email to me. I click on it and it takes me to a page with the loading sign on it.
It takes me 2 minutes for the page to load. After it finished loading. The URL link says https://www.duolingo.com/?emailVerified=false.
I am a little confused because once I go to discussion.
The Same Message Appears!
Can anyone help me?
A number of others are having issues with the link. I would move this post to troubleshooting perhaps?
I suggest that you move this post to the Troubleshooting forum where Duo staff are more likely to see it and do something to help.
Click the "edit post" and choose Troubleshooting from the pull down menu.
You don't mention what browser you're using, but it might be worth trying it in a different one. The website apparently makes use of features that some browsers do not support.
Try clearing your browser of cookies and etc. Close any open apps. Hope you get it verified. Try to have them send another email to verify can’t hurt.
