I'm having problems too. Just keep at it, but I would also write them out a few times as you go along, until you really can recognize them.

Well when memorizing as well as getting your brain used to words, letters and language itself, it does help if you type using PC or smartphone keyboard also.Give it a try ! :D

New language takes time. Just like DavidSinghiser said: keep at it. The idea about writing down some words is good because it takes some work to convince our brain that this new info is needed and it should be stored to our memory. The only way to do that is to use the info.

Use the new info as much as you can in as many ways as you possibly can: write down the hanguls, look for hangul videos on youtube where you can hear actual people pronounce them and try to pronounce them too, when you do lessons that teach helpful sentences and vocabulary write down the words and repeat after the audio. The idea is to connect the letters, the pronunciation and the the sounds the letters make all to each other.

When I first started, I found the videos from Talk To Me In Korean useful, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN4mysljHYc
