After h,ch,k,r (and hard d,t,n) we always use y, not i.
Correct spelling is "Nechybí". Otherwise it should be accepted although it isn't the most common word order.
'Františka nepostrádám' is also a correct translation, isn't it?
Use "My answer should have been accepted".
