Translation: Who's stupid now?

As far as I know, “who's stupid now” is idiomatic and means “you thought I was stupid but it turned out you are.” Is that also the meaning of the Czech sentence? (In my native language it would not work.)

It is not a common idiom but this is the only way I would understand it unless there is some other context where it can be understood literally.
