Addition of only speaking Practice section on Duolingo to make my language skill a job ready skill.
I have been using Duolingo past 4 years and now I am just about to complete my one foreign language course (German) on Duolingo, so most of the time I use the practice section on this platform to increase my fluency in that language and I really love it. It is said that "a language spoken is a language learned" But being only in my home country I am not getting much chance to speak that language. I think it would be better if a separate section for only speaking practice is added. Any suggestions for speaking Practice are welcomed in this discussion.

That's the biggest flaw on Duolingo regarding the language learning... the speaking. In fact, of all four aspects of language learning, writing/reading/hearing/speaking that's the one you will be left more lacking. But that's the nature of the medium.
There's no way to tailor the types exercises according to our needs so I think, other than the minimal speaking you do here, you'll have to look elsewhere for your speaking practice.
Try to watch some German news. The speakers, at least those of the public stations, speak an excellent German with a wording well suited for a job interview ;-). http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/german/tv/onlinenews.shtml
