I believe you could say 빌려주십시오 for highest formality imperative. Your sentence is not imperative, it is a statement

You cannot say that. Make sure this sentence is imperative(명령문). But the followings are possible: 빌려줘(impolite form), 빌리게 해줘요(polite)
