I just started listening to Alice in Wonderland. The woman has terrible pronounciation. They should have found a native speaker. I don't recommend listening to the audio.

I'm actually reading Heidi at the moment on my kindle but that entails switching between German and English versions after a couple of paragraphs (not a major problem as I know the story so well anyway) but it would be nice to have the two versions side by side. I might try Alice in Wonderland over there
