No, there shouldn't be an extra accent on the end of παππούτσια. That accent is only when the original accent of the word is on the third to last syllable (for example το όνομα). in παππούτσια the ια forms one syllable so putting a second accent on the ια wouldn't make sense. However, in a case like όνομα where there are 3 syllables you would say το όνομά μου
