I put The Ladies' bathroom. Just FYI, Duo, we always say "bathroom" when referring to the toilet. Like, I would never say, "where is your toilet?" It is considered very uncouth. And thus, bathroom should be accepted as an answer, not just toilet! Thank you.

Actually most of the world does say toilet, bathroom/washroom is a North American thing.

Well, if we're being strict about prescriptive punctuation, then it should be "ladies' toilet", but it probably simply hasn't been added.
