For Support team - Duo+ lost streak.
Hey guys. I purchased Duo+ for learning on holiday and keeping my streak alive. It's been working fine but yesterday it broke my streak even though I completed my goal, and it didn't take in to account my streak freeze. Really disappointed by this especially seeing as you want a further £14 to fix it! Can you please rectify this? It was at 287 so would really like it back. Many thanks. Jon
