progress automatically reset

Hi, I would like to report a repeatedly occurring issue with my mum's Duo account. She has been using it for more than six months for learning English, completed 23 sections, but it kept reseting her progress to 0 for more than three times now! her app was downloaded from apple app store with China account. I used my account for years without this situation, my app was downloaded through apple's UK app store. I don't know if that is the reason.

Also, on the website, her account is on, mine on And the interface of Duo's app is also different for our two accounts.

Please help me to solve this ASAP as she wants to keep learning. Thanks!

Hi! It would be super helpful if you could submit a bug report, because we would need details like device and her username in order to understand what is happening. Please include links to the app store that her app comes from. This is definitely unusual!

Could you tell me why my progress and format is different on my PC as compared to both my iPhone and Android Phone ... my android phone has many more levels and stages of learning, but iPhone and PC web version is not the same ... how can this be?

That should not be happening, please send details in a bug report. We need to know more about the devices you are using to try to reproduce the problem and understand what is wrong. Could you please follow the same instructions I shared with zyzy_chen?
