Whats wrong with "he fills his glass up again"?

"He fills his glass up again"is coloquial to English in some parts of the united states. This is no different then saying "He fills up his glass again." It doesn't metter if it is grammatically correct in English, just that it is spoken this way.

Two years later and "he fills his glass up again" still not acceptable?
