I think that you can just put all the accounts in one big club, or class (You can create a class by inviting students by their accounts into a class using a class code). In a class you can assign a certain amount of XP and describe your assignment. Instead, you could just write an assignment based on what you want with the instructions within the assignment. Then, you could post a due date and BAM! You're done!
