Completed Italian tree. Thanks Duolingo!

I'd like to express my greatest gratitude to Duolingo for providing the ability to learn foreign languages to millions of people around the world. I've always wanted to learn as many foreign languages as I can, and now I have the opportunity thanks to the efforts of people who want to change something the world. I recently completed my Italian tree and I have learned so many things, and of course - there is no stopping here. Every ending is a new beginning, and I am completely sure that this is a wonderful one and I, as well as millions of other people, will always find this useful in daily life.

Keep up the good work, guys!

Remember: NEVER STOP LEARNING. Cheers! :)

Ciao Stpanov from Perth, Australia. Congratulations !!!

It amazes me that you have completed the Italian tree, and yet, you are only at level 15.

I am also studying Italian, and heading towards level 25 and yet, i am only at adverbs, not even half way through the course. I practice every day to ensure that i can recall everything during a conversation. I don't believe i could learn more at a faster rate and still recall everything.

I am very interested to know if there is a better way to learn and maybe my approach could be changed. example, learn everything as quickly as possible.....

If you were to have an Italian conversation, could you recall everything you have learnt in the course ?

Regards Aaron

Hey Aaron, thank you very much and greetings from Macedonia. :)

I actually have some background in Italian, since I visited several beginner courses here in my hometown. This is merely improving my skills and giving me the opportunity not to forget the language. :)

Just completed the tree today and I'm a high level 13. Started from scratch with a bit of tourist Italian in September. Not sure if I'll remember any of it but now the daily practise and revision starts! Good luck with your own journey!

Bravo ! Apparently, this French word is also the English one. So I adopt it !:-) Otherwise, well done ! As you see, I am only at the 8 level at the Italian tree, so it will be a long road for me to reach its end. But I don't despair. Indeed, I have already finished two trees : English and French. Italian is my second language after English that I have learned at hight school when I was a teenager, a long time ago. For the first two trees, I didn't linger on them, I didn't have the color gold in my trees ! But with the Italian tree, I have to do it, because I don't have the control on it...

Hi! Congratulations! I hope I can also complete my Italian tree soon - Currently I've completed the 30% of the lessons. How much time have you spent with the Italian DuoLingo per day? You've already selected your second language. German is also important for me and I learn Italian and German together. Which language will be the next one for you? Ciao, Ledo

      4/19/2014, 8:15:45 AM

      https://www.duolingo.com/stojance.panov

Salve, Ledo! I always spend as much time as I can. It really depends on the amount of time I have available. As you've noticed, German is the next language on my list. Since focus is the most important thing, I won't be adding any new languages until I complete the ones I started.

      Ciao, Stojanche
