Keep calm and speak Norwegian.

Hei alle sammen!

Hvordan sier du ('Keep calm and speak Norwegian') på norsk?

I really want to get this printed on a jumper (not sure if this is just Australian phrasing or not, but its a 'sweater') and so just want to be 100% that I get it right. .....I don't really trust google translate haha.

Cannot wait to order it and wear it! Thanks for any help:)

"Slapp av" is more akin to relax. I feel like "vær/forbli rolig og snakk norsk" would be more fitting to what the English version says.

Thankyou so much for the reply:) I myself thought that the sentence should contain 'rolig' - initially I thought it should contain the word 'holde' also as I read this is to 'keep or maintain a state'. It's difficult when translating things like this I think because sentences don't always translate literally between languages... I'll definitely do more research into the right translation. I'm a bit unsure at the moment so I really appreciate your reply!

Takk så mye!! :) If you don't mind me asking, I thought that 'speak' in this situation should be 'snakke', as this is what I have seen before. In what situations is the 'e' not present?

This is imperativ, thus no 'e'.
