I'm really confused. When do you use ceci, cela, celui, celle, ceux, celles, ça, cet, cette, cel, ce. Which do you use and when. How is the French structured with them? Also, how do you pronounce "celui?"

Read:

(ça, ce, cette, cet, ces )
https://www.duolingo.com/skill/fr/Demonstratives-2
(ceci, cela, celui, celle, ceux, celles )

There is no "cel".

Regarding the pronounciation of celui: the standard pronounciation is /sə.lɥi/, but colloquially it is common to contract it to /sɥi/, pronounced like 'suis'.
