It depends of device. "Navaja" is the knife in all countries. "Máquina de afeitar", "afeitadora", "rasuradora" are the handles that have attached a set of small blades or a system powered by electrcity. The name of the small blades is "hoja de afeitar" (=razor blade) or, maybe, "cuchilla de afeitar".

I'm not sure about the geogrphic distribution of "máquina de afeitar", "rasuradora" and "afeitadora" but my impression is "rasuradora" is preferred in Mexico. In Chile we say "máquina de afeitar".
