Confirm translation?

I don't speak Italian, and am going to Rome next week with my 15 year old son. He's allergic to fish, seafood, nuts (all types - almonds, peanuts), and cheese. I looked this up on Google Translate so we can print it out to show servers in restaurants - so he doesn't accidentally get nuts or fish and get a reaction! Would someone who knows Italian be able to confirm that this sentence is correct? Also I thought these may come in handy at restaurants - Hai un ragù e polpette senza formaggio? (Should mean Do you have meat sauce and meatballs without cheese?) Hai pollo senza formaggio? (Do you have chicken without cheese?)

Thank you so much for confirming this! It's important enough I'm going to print and laminate this before we go!

I would rather say:

Hai pollo senza formaggio?

The first sentence might not be understood very clearly, as ragù is a sauce for pasta, and eating pasta with meatballs is completely alien to Italian cuisine. However, some restaurants may accept to arrange such dish for you, so it might be worth asking.

Aside from this, you should be able to ask for simple foods: *avete pollo alla griglia” and the like.
