Norsk Club acting weird!
I reported a bug as no club activity has been appearing in my Norwegian Club for nearly a month now. We had a bot prior to this who would get 2000XP within the first HOUR of the week, lmao. Now I have 17 members in my club when I am 100% sure the limit is 15... Members have also reported no club activity within Danish and Swedish Clubs... what is happening? I've reported these bugs but no idea if anything is getting done about it.
I'm honestly posting to Discussion 'cause my options have run out... maybe if enough of us respond, the developers may hear us out and at least update us on these issues.
Otherwise, hope you're well!
EDIT: The user limit must have been pushed to 50 the same day I posted this so I'll retract that. HOWEVER, club members on Android and iOS are still getting zero activity. DuoLingo messaged me telling me to update the iOS and I'm still getting the same issue so... yeah. XD
Sorry to hear that your club is acting up, Dizma.
If you relocate this thread to the Troubleshooting forum, it has a better chance of being seen by the developers. Just hit edit, and then choose Troubleshooting as topic in the drop-down menu.
Luke and I develop the course content, but we have no hand in the programming of the software.
2000 xp in one hour is probably someone testing out a tree, I've done it multiple times myself. Not necessary a bot.
Well, someone testing out a tree shouldn't be doing that 3 weeks in a row which is what happened. Their username was also 'Saibot', lmao.
In one thread it has been said that the user limit (on IOS app) has been pushed to >30...50.
I understand the user limit has been pushed to 50 but I'm facing a zero activity problem too. The club was very active but now even members with 1000 days streak show zero points.
Yeah, the user limit must have increased that same day so fair enough. But I am still getting zero activity. DuoLingo emailed me and said "Update your iOS" but that did nothing and it's affecting other club members who are on Android as well. I'm not getting the '0XP' issue though, perhaps the streakers you're mentioning are learning other languages so that's how they're maintaining the streak.
