The English version of this should be "The woman has forty seven loaves of bread," or "The woman has forty seven kinds of bread," or something along those lines. "Breads" is not an English word.
It is an English word when you talk about bread from other societies/countries who consider ”bread” as a countable noun. Both ”loafs of bread” and ”breads” are correct in this context.
