As far as I know {-Daq} is for physical locations, not temporal ones. This should be something like {qaStaHvIS DISvetlh qaS Qugh} - "While that year happened, the disaster occurred".

When I read the Klingon sentence before reading the English translation, I thought it meant "The disaster happened in that cave."
