Error 404 when following link

I get an awful lot of "error 404" pages lately whenever I click on the link to a thread, both on the discussion pages and from the emails I get for followed discussions. About one in 3-4 links I follow get me an error page, but after 1-2 tries I get the thread page, so I am sure it's there...

Same here, although it happens to me only when I put a link into a new tab.
