How to learn individual lessons even in crown mode?

It is so simple, In URL remove the number at last of the respective topic and then you are able to see the lessons

Ex :

Remove 1 at last

Now :

Then you are able to see the lessons individually and practise thoroughly.

Even easier than that:

You can easily open the individual skills from this site: for your currently selected course (e.g EN-IT)

Well that's literally genius.

My account was updated to the "crown mode" today (Honestamente, NO me gusta). I discovered the method you highlighted above (by just fooling around). But, I think Duo has changed a few things since you wrote your instruction (this is at least true for my account).

One noticeable change is that (after the trick you've described) you get a "TEST OUT" icon instead of a "STRENGTHEN" icon, and when you get the former it means you won't be able to do the individual lessons (except the first lesson in the set). The work around (for now) is REALLY simple. All you have to do is:

  1. Click the "TEST OUT" icon

  2. Hit the back button on your browser (usually on the top left corner of your browser if you're using Windows)

  3. Viola! You can now do the individual lessons.

PS: There are no words to describe how much I dislike the "crown mode".

That's great!

you won't see all lessions though. for me, it shows only 1-7 of 14 in the above link, for example. and you can use the test out link, but then it'll say "you didn't test out of any skills".

It is suck! :)

I took this tip and removed the last digit on a drill and was able to 'test out'. Or at least it gave me the option to 'test out' but it was not reflected in any scores or changes to the home page. I got an odd message about tested out of 1 and 62 others??

Read my post below (or above) on a simple work around.
