If there is an emphasis on you vs you all, it makes more sense to include both options in the question.

Yep, ninyi nyote or just nyote is "you all" (as in "all of you", not just the plural "you" of Southern US English), so you could say (Ninyi) nyote hamtakunywa juisi

"You all ..." is not English: it is American.
