Any platform for fun kanji?

Do you know any platform (book, app, website, etc) by which one can lean kanji in a less boring way?!

Memrise, perhaps? Wanikani isn't all that boring too, but let's face it, if you don't like endless repetition, learning kanji is never going to be very exciting.

Slime Forest Adventure (if you have a computer—Windows, Linux, or Mac)

Won't be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you're not keen on lots of typing. As for me, I've really enjoyed this old basic 2D graphics RPG-style kanji learning game. It teaches recognition of the rough meaning of each kanji via mnemonics. The full version teaches all 1,945 characters that were in the jōyō kanji list at the time the game was created, all their most common readings, and has some cool grammar challenge subgame modes.

It's easily benefitted me the most out of all the many kanji learning resources I've tried over the years. But a lot of people will be put off by the graphics and lack of audio and not liking the RPG nature of it and getting stuck working out where to go and such, that they'll miss out on how effective it can be, sadly. ^^

Wanikani! Also try searching on your app store "kanji" and download some apps until you find a good one, there's a lot of them and hopefully you'll find the better one!

I use mnemonics I find online & some of my own to learn kanji & also use the Kanji Quizzer iOS app.
