When are "Dem", "Dein", "Deinem" etc. Used?

Hi everyone,

If anyone has a clue, please let me know. I'd like to know when the words "Dem" "Dein" "Deinem" "Diesen" and "Diesem" are used.

dem - dative case of "der" or "das" = "the" (definite article, masc. / neuter)
dein, deinem - "your" (possessive pronoun)
diesen - "these"
diesem - dative case of "dieser" or "dieses" ="this" (demonstrative pronoun, masc. / neuter)
