Translation:There are five women and five men on our staff.
My complaint is that "....dans notre personnel" should be "in our staff" it might sound odd but it is a correct translation. If it is supposed to be "on our staff" then the french shouldn't be "dans". I accept that the French is "dans" so "in our staff" should be acceptable.
In this context, "among" should be accepted for 'dans.' It's actually more precise.
I'd usually say ”in our team” but that's not a direct translation. ”on our staff” might be better
