I wrote "Il y a une dauphine !", isn't it that "une dauphine" is the feminine singular of "un dauphin"? If so shouldn't my answer be accepted?

So, the French word for a dolphin is the same word as used to be applied to the English equivalent, the Prince of Wales - the heir to the throne of France was a dolphin!!!
