Personal Pronouns Issue

I've noticed in random lessons in Romanian From English that sometimes when the personal pronoun is used in an English sentence and when translated in Romanian including the personal pronouns it's wrong.

It shouldn't make a difference whether i put them or not in Romanian, I think.

The thing is I just get confused when to include the personal pronouns and when not because it seems random to me when the lessons want you to include them and when not to.

Is there any way to fix this?

Can you be more specific and give some examples?

What kind of personal pronouns are you having issues with? And in what case? Nominative, Accusative? Dative?

In natural speech you should drop Nominative personal pronouns, except for third person pronouns, in cases where the sentence would get too vague without them. You can also drop Accusative, accented forms of the pronouns (you know, the ones that have the preposition "pe" before them), but you should always keep the unaccented forms.
