I'm relatively new to Klingon, but I love the language and want to help. I could fix relatively basic things, so just minor grammar, but I am a decent programmer in HTML, CSS, and Js for website design, and would be more than willing to do some voice acting.

I am a beginner as well who has fallen in love with the language. I have been trying to contribute by learning the language, going through the course carefully and reporting on potential issues (incorrect/strange translations, alternative translations, etc) to the course creators, and making Tinycards that track the course (which, to my surprise, seem to have attracted a bit of following).

I would suggest to you that your priority now is to go through the course and master the language. Once you do, other opportunities to be involved will no doubt manifest themselves.

I'm not sure what you are offering to help with. Duolingo has their own technical staff, but I'm sure there is some way to apply for a job there. And we have more talented Klingonists available to help than they will allow us to have working on this project.
