Alright or all right

I am not sure what difference German is making between alright and all right. For the former, it is in ordnung and the latter alles klar. In the examples I have encountered in Duolingo I see no difference between alright and all right. Both are being used, as far as I can see, to mean I am well. What is the difference in the German terms in ordnung and alles klar?

I use "in Ordnung" for "fine, I agree", "okay" and "Alles klar!" for "I understood what you said" or "I'm ready to go/start" or "great, we've reached an agreement".

For "all right" in an appeasing way, I'd use "schon gut"
