Crown levels

Does the crown system add new words (and sentences) to the Norwegian course that didn't exist in the previous system? I finished my tree a while ago and I'm curious if there's any point in going back and perfecting each skill if I'm not going to learn anything new.

When you work your way up in crowns (levels 3-5 or so), you will encounter new sentences that had been previously "filtered out" of the system.

I had everything gilded when I was forced into the crown levels. Everything dropped to level 2 or 3. In going back through these, I am definitely picking up new sentence structures, idioms/set phrases, and usages. For example, the feminine form of words is most definitely used more often than in the old system.

The mods are working on adding new sentences.

However, I have been going back through and I am learning new words all the time. The course has so much depth that I definitely did not come close to picking up everything the first time through.

I don't think there's new words as such, I think there's more sentences that use words you've already encountered in new, more complex contexts. I think it's a great way to stop learning set sentences. I have experienced previously knowing a word but as soon as it was stripped of it's familiar sentence I was stumped.
