I find this interesting because it breaks the 'a' question pattern. I'm guessing that here it is literally "Torg is being where?"

-'a' is for yes–no questions, not for WH questions (who, what, where, why, how, when, ...).

Those use specific questions words, similar to English, e.g. nuq for "what", 'Iv for "who" or "whom", and nuqDaq for "where".

Yes, literally, it's something like "Torg is being where?".

Even more literally: "As for Torg: at what he -ing?"
